1. For permanent jewelry, I do work under Plush Beauty Salon. When booking, clients are required to visit their page and read their terms and conditions for booking.
2. For custom jewelry and apparel, we do not offer returns or refunds due to each item being curated specifically to our customer's vision. We take pride in creating unique and personalized pieces that meet the expectations of our customers.
3. For pre-made apparel, we accept returns and refund requests within 7 days of receipt given customer has not worn items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
4. Social media packages are non-refundable. However, they can be cancelled after 3 months provided that the customer provides written cancellation notice to gabbisgems@gmail.com.
